Yes. There are some more features on the iPhone 5 and it's also a lot faster and not to mention, a better camera. Also, since the iPhone 5 is also newer, Apple would give far more support to it than they would with the iPhone 4. And finally, iPhone 5 is much more durable than the iPhone 4.
