Is my cable broken? Or my iPhone?

Okay so I updated to ios7 on the first day it came out, and I've been using a belkin brand lightning charger for about a month, usually my phone charges about one percent every minute or so, but now it's charging one percent every like 5-6 minutes. I'm not getting any error messages, and nothing happens when I wiggle the cable, is there something wrong with my phone, or my cable?

Try buying another cable or ask someone to borrow you one. If the problem occurs then it the phones problem. If it charges one percent every minutes then it the problem with the cable. If it's the problem with the phone, go and get it fixed.

It may be the cable. Because the last thing I know was I seen tennis shoes and I asked "Are those your hiking shoes"? And (i was skyping someone via tv) he said" THEY MOST CERTAINELY ARE NOT." And he hung up and the cord fell and boom-no tv. Hope this helps.
