Is shoplifting on your records?
I was 12 an I was caught shoplifting along with a friend of mine. But I wasn't the one shoplifting, she was stealing an iPhone Case worth $15 and I had to get involved with what she did. We got taken to the station in the mall and they took our names and pictures. We were banned from the mall for 3 months unless we were with a parent but we had to be with them 24/7. Will that be on my records? I don't want that to affect my college application or job opportunities.
Anything you do (besides kill someone) under the age of 18 will disappear from your record once you turn 18.
