Is the iphone 4 going to be slow?

So I'm going to buy the iPhone 4 off Craigslist from someone else. It's used but looks new. (I've seen it) Please don't say get the 4s or 5. I have a low budget so I'm going with the iPhone 4 16Gb. I'm going to factory reset it. Will the phone be laggy and slow or will it run as good like when it first came out. Will the phone like restart constantly? Thank you and if there's anything I need to know about the 4 please share!

It depends on how the person before ou treated it. I think you should be good. Also, because the iPhone 5 came out, some carriers will give you the iPhone 4S free so check!

If you're worried don't buy it on Craigslist. I'm sure the iPhone 4 is probably affordable now that the 5 is out. Just check best buy or another store first. You may be surprised.

It all depends on who had it last. But if you factory reset it, it should be fine. Before you buy it off someone, you should check stores to see if it's cheaper to buy a new one. Even if it's 50 $ dollars more or even more than that, I think you should get it. It's always better to get a new phone. The used one could be messed up and they could be lying or scamming you, trying to get more money. I say buy a new one. My mom got an iPhone 4s for a good price, so maybe the 4 will be better priced, especially because the 5 is out. At GameStop they have some really good refurbished ones for low prices. Try there?

I've got an iPhone 4 and it runs just as good as it did when it was new. It got pretty laggy under iOS5 but with iOS6 it runs as fast as it did before.

It won't be as fast as the new phones, but it is worlds better than similar vintage Androids which have an insane amount of lag.
