Not really, Tesco is it a lot more centered around food, although they do sell other things. Walmart stores tend to be a lot bigger and sell a lot more things and generally at cheaper prices.
Asda is owned by Walmart, but Asda stores are not very similar to Walmart stores. Tesco is more similar to Walmart.
