Juvinille theft charge punishment?
I was caught with a stolen IPhone 5s, while receiving an mip but at the time of my arrest I was not charged. Tomorrow I speak with a detective about the phone & I have court for the MIP I received, in 2 weeks. I'm 16 years old & have a criminal history of unrelated charges. What might my punishment be for the stolen phone? I go to Lincoln Hall of Justice in Detroit.
It's a little too late to be asking this. I'd say with your past history you'd most likely serve some time.
