My boss is showing favortism?
A girl that was hired one year ago has been using her iPhone every single day to listen to tv shows while working… She claims this is only BACKGROUND noise, yet when we need her attention, she bites faces off because she's getting her SHOW INTERRUPTED. Not only that, but she doesn't try hard enough to get her job done… She sends e-mails and leaves voice mails and expects people to call her back in a timely fashion… This delays the entire company's workload. Okay… Now my turn… I got into trouble for I'm this past week… I have worked for the company for 5 and a half years… I work the jobs of 5 people… She barely does hers. When I went to my employer about not getting information in a timely manner and being snapped at for interrupting her while she was watching her shows, 2 days later I was called out for I'm while at work. Granted… I know that this isn't something that should be going on, but I meet all crucial deadlines and can multi-task… All the while, the girl I work with is still using her iPhone to watch tv shows… Nothing was said to her. I trained this girl and she makes 50cents less an hour than me… My attitude this past week has dropped to a mere I DON'T SHIV A GIT anymore… I need my job, as we all do, but what is it about THIS GIRL that my employer defends? She is also as dumb as a bag of rocks… And doesn't even TRY to step up to the plate to take care of the business… I don't want to quit my job, but I'm only trying to understand why my boss defends her and ridicules me!
Welcome to the real world remember that it isn't always fair. But it sucks when your boss over looks hard working employees to promote their friend's.
She's likely engaging in coitus or other erotic/sexual activities with your corporate owner, providing him a rational reason to defend her. I can think of a way you can get that raise a little bit sooner…
- Why factory unlocked iphone 4s is showing that the iphone is not activated? I bought factory unlocked iphone 4s on ebay for my sister-in-law who is in europe. And the seller assured that it is factory unlocked and will work perfectly. I have non activated sprint sim card and when i inserted it in to the iphone it showed that "the iphone is not activated.contact the carrier". What does it mean? Does it mean that the phone is not factory unlocked?
- My computer is showing an exclamation point next to it. Shows an unknown device? No new devices plugged in. Tried to sync iphone (worked previously) it failed(showed as camera in devices does not appear in itunes. Unplugged usb and iphone, restarted computer and now it shows an exclamation point and an unknown device next to pc!
- Is there any iPhone app to spy on your boss at work? I work 3rd shift and most of the time my boss is in his office leaving us to ourselves, but sometimes he likes to get up and check on us I was wondering is there an iPhone app too catch when he leaves his office.
- IPhone keeps showing that message is sending My iPhone keeps showing sending on top of text where it should show the contact name! When I'm sending a text it shows sending 2 of 2 then when it sends it remains saying sending! How can I get rid of that! I've restarted iPhone and turned it off as well. Anyone's had this problem? How can I fix it?!
