With the password. There's no difference between the legitimate owner forgetting the password or the iPhone being stolen and the thief trying to get in. It is locked. There's no "backdoor" hack, workaround or anything else to bypass or get around the security lock… It there was, then it would not be very good security and more phones would be stolen.

This is not a problem with the phone - this is to keep personal information secure.

Resolution: Replace the phone.

If it's previously been synced to itunes on a computer, it should be possible to unlock it via the itunes account username & password, while it's connected.

Without one or the other password, it's not possible - that's the basic anti-theft system to make stolen phones valueless, the password can't be bypassed if it's completely unknown.

Remember your password.

Wipe the phone.

Those are your options.

Simple contact Apple and give them your apple I'd and imei number on the phone if the phone is registered to that I'd they'll unlock. It let me know how it worked out for you
