My iPhone 3GS keeps randomly turning off?
I have an iPhone 3GS and I'll just be on the Internet or sending a text and it will just randomly turn off. When I start it up again it shows the apple sign for a bit but them just turns off. As soon as I plug it in to a socket though it works. The battery is quite old but the phone has just been updated and reset. Could it just be the battery? If so where do I go to get it changed?
Go to the apple store an tell them your problem. They will either give you a whole new phone, so back up it on the computer or they will replace the battery.
Yes you need a new battery. Just make an appointment at an apple store to get it fixed
