My iphone 4 keeps deleting my contacts
My iphone deleted all of my contacts and everytime i resave a number, it deletes again. But i noticed it only happens when i connect to Wi-Fi.
I think it would be better for you to go to the apple store and get it checked out there.
The same thing happened with my sister and she had insurance so they tried to sort it out and when they couldn't, they just gave her a new phone.
Go buy a Galaxy S4 and you wouldn't have to ask for help online.
I know that it doesn't bring your contacts back, but it's a good practice to only do a hard reset of your phone if it's unresponsive and won't power off in the traditional 'slide to power off' way.resetting the phone for other reasons is kind of like unplugging a computer from the wall when it's trying to do a process. For instance, in this case, you can't be sure if your phone was trying to sync contacts with icloud or something like that and the reset could've interrupted that process
