Hmm… So this can be caused by several different factors. Some things to check: make sure your iPhone has an actual "iPhone" data plan. Sometimes when customers put their SIM card into another non-iPhone device the system automatically puts on a different data plan. If you have confirmed that your your data plan is an actual iPhone data plan then I would try this: in your iPhone go to settings> general> reset> reset network setting. This will reset the connection with the network and reconfigure your settings. It will not delete anything on your phone. If that does not work you might need to change out your SIM card. If you go to a Corporate Store they will not charge you for the SIM card. Hope that helps.

I have an iphone 4S and it reads Att sim card no problem, i had the phone factory unlocked and it even said Congratulations your iPhone is unlocked after i restored it in iTunes, but all it says is no service i tried two different T-Mobile sim cards. I even checked my imei number online and it said the phone was factory unlocked. Is there anything i can try, i've never ran across something like this.

- New iPhone 6s+ won't let me send pictures to non iPhone users? I can send pictures just fine to anyone on iMessage but if they don't have it I can't. I use to have AT&T when I had my iPhone 5c and I could send pictures just fine. But now with my iPhone 6s+ with sprint I can't send them to anyone with a Samsung or basically anything not Apple. Help?! It's really frustrating considering not all my friends own iPhones.
- My old iPhone 5c won't turn on even though it was working fine a month ago and has just been in a drawer since. How can I get it working? I upgraded my iPhone a month ago and have been experiencing problems so I need to get it fixed. It will be weeks until I get it back so I decided I d use my old iPhone 5c until then. But I can't turn it on, it was working fine last time I used it a mo th ago. I tried charging for hours and hours and holding sleep and home buttons etc and it still won't come on. My charger is fine. How can I turn it on?
