My iphone 4s is not updating or restoring after trying to update to ios 9?
Added (1). I have tried updating with iTunes from my Macbook Pro, everything is up to date i made sure of that. However after extracting software it will continue to install it on the iPhone, and when it gets to just over half way, it will stoop in the exact same location overtime then i will receive an error message from iTunes saying "The iPhone could not be updated. An unknown error occoured (50).
I'm surprised 9 was available for it

You've probably hit the ultimate lag. These updates are good for 6 users and are essentially designed for them, but anything before that will slow down dramatically and there will be heaps of problems. I'm afraid you've hit one of those problems, gg
- Trying to update my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 beta 5, but not updating? I downloaded the iOS 7 beta 5 CDMA file off of ios7stuff.com and I tried updating my phone with the file and my iTunes has been saying "Verifying updated iPhone software" for almost 20 minutes, and my phone screen turned black with the Apple and updating status bar but the update isn't starting. Help! and I do not have a UDID I also have been using iOS 7 beta 3 for a while but it didn't update to beta 4 or 5 which is why I tried downloading beta 5 directly.
- Restoring lost iphone photos after update? Right, basically my dad is a right techno noob and he has not backed up his iphone since january (or so it says). He has recently just installed the new ios6 and after this he has lost all of his photos and is only able to get a back up from that of january. Surely itunes would have backed it up before the update? It doesn't look as though the photos are on the phone at all, but i was wondering if they would have been stored anywhere? any help would be great
