My iPhone 5c camera does not work and the screen is black. Is there anything I can do?
So far I have erased the iPhone and restarted the iPhone, turned it off, closed the camera app, and pressed the camera on the back of the phone. Nothing WORKS!
The camera might not be broken the ribbon cable has either snapped or come loose either way to get it repaired it will be about £25 or if you want to do it yourself by a tool kit off eBay for 99p good luck.
- My iphone went black but not totally black and i don't know what to do? So i was on my phone and i opened up the snapchat app and it just froze and went black but not totally black like how it is when it is off you can still see a little light. I really have to have it for tomorrow and i don't know what to do, i tried pressing the home and top button at the same time but its not doing anything.
- My iPhone Screen went black and not it refuses to respond to anything? I suppose I should clarify. The power button has been unresponsive, rather, broken, for about a week. Resetting it through any use of the power button is not an option. Do I need to take it in to the apple store? I've tried plugging it in to my brother's computer, as my computer is currently not available. When I plugged it into my brother's computer, it said I would need to respond on my iPhone, which is just plain cruel. Any ideas?
