My iPhone 5c touch screen won't work?
Added (1). the screen cracked a couple months ago, so i went to one of those places in the mall that repairs the glass not officially from apple. Then my phone was dropped. No cracks or anything but the touchscreen doesn't work now. I tried everything, resetting it, restoring it, etc. How much would it cost to get this fixed because i think the unofficial glass will make apple not fix it or it will void the warranty. What should i do, how can i fix it, will replacing the screen again fix the phone?

Take it back to where it was repaired & ask them to re-connect the digitizer.
Take it back. You said you dropped it after the repair. The digitizer (touch sensor behind the screen) apparently didn't like that. It plugs into the screen. It could be loose or shot. That's why you won't know how much until you open it. Best luck.
