My iphone 5s storage is almost full?
On my iphone i have 338 pictures and 52 videos, also i do have many apps i don't want to delete it all as i will loose everything. I'm not asking because it makes no sense because it does as i have used up Alot of storage i have 16gb so how can i get my storage back with also having my pics and everything somewhere so i can access them.
Plug it into a computer.
Download 'iTunes' here: https://www.apple.com/.../download… If you haven't already.
Open iTunes, when downloaded, plug in your iPhone and press 'Sync' in iTunes when it recognises the phone.
You can also plug it in to a computer, then go to 'Computer' or 'My Computer on your PC, double click on your iPhone, or it may be called camera or something similar, then copy and paste the photos into a folder on your computer.
You can also plug in the iPhone and a box may appear automatically after you wait. It will say 'AutoPlay' at the top with several options, click on the folder that says 'Open folder to use files'.
The below picture is the screen on iTunes that comes up when you plug in the phone, the 'Sync' is on the bottom left.
