My IPhone 6 got a little rain on it.now nobody can hear me over calls?

Well here in "sunny" Florida, it was raining two days ago… Hard. I just ran from my work building to my car (not very far) and had my phone in my pant pocket. When I got into the car and dried it with a spare towel I had in the back seat. Well, now when I make a call no one can hear me. Usually it's I can't hear them because the water got into my headphone jack and I know what to do then, but I have NO CLUE what to do about this. I tried turning it off and waiting a while then turning back on but to no avail. Everything is working fine but no one can hear me. Any suggestions?

If its just the microphone - great

take it to a kiosk for repair

if there's more going on. Might be trashed

anyway - get it assessed, there's no magic fix for water damage or shorts that might have occurred - just repair or replacement

  • Why does everyone have the iPhone 4 and 4s? I see nobody with the 5, 5c, or 5s? In my school, I only saw like one guy have an iPhone 5 and that was last year. My school is pretty big too, about 2, 500-2, 600 people. Then, I will see the occasional Galaxy S3/S4

I had spilled a little bit of food on my iPhone 6 and it was stuck on headphone mode so I looked up how to fix it and I found where you can use a Q tip so I tried it and it fixed it but now when I call someone they can't hear me unless I have it in speaker or headphones in. Well it just happened i was calling my dad like 10 minuets ago and then i hung up and then called him 5 minuets later and i could hear him but he can't hear me for some reason why is that?   • My iphone got wet in the rain and now my sound is playing really low and muffled? It was raining and I was out and my iPhone was in my pocket, I don't even know how it got wet or it could of been a puddle that splashed but now when I play music, phone rings or text alert its very quiet and muffled and crackly or sometimes I can hardly hear anything at all. I've reset it twice now but nothing has changed I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this and has anyone had this problem before want to avoid paying a lot in the shop best I can
