My iPhone always shows unknown, any
Anytime anyone calls it always comes up with unknown, even with people i know that don't have there number blocked. The only time a number has ever come up within the past year is when i missed a call and got a text. I'm with optus so do i just have to call to change this or am i stuck with it? I've tried resetting my phone multiple time but still didn't work.

- Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.
- Why does my iphone 5 say unknown when receiving a call? When I receive a phone call, my phone's caller i.d says unknown. It doesn't matter if I have the caller in my contact list. Does anybody by any chance know how to fix this? I have an iPhone 5 on the sprint carrier. Thank you It's not that, I've called myself from another phone to see what would happen. No luck I dialed my phone number and called myself from my girlfriend's phone. Thanks anyways guys. If anything comes up I'd appreciate any help
- Unknown iPhone passcode set by unknown person? A passcode has been set on my iPhone without me knowing, now it is locked up. It says here to connect it to my computer and back up then restore my iPhone. Will this clear everything off my phone or will it be the same as it was before it got locked? I have only attempted unlocking it about 5 times in fear of disabling it. I do not want to back up then restore it if it will clear everything off and transfer it to the computer. Are there any alternatives to unlocking my iPhone?
- Unknown album on iphone but itunes is normal? So i downloaded a few mixtapes of wiz khalifa. I have his album rolling papers and its normal on both iphone and iTunes. But the mixtapes are all in a "unknown album" on my iphone so there's like 40 songs in it. But on itunes its organized by the name of the mix tapes. How do i get it organized on my iPhone?
