My iPhone battery cycle count is 905. Is it bad and what should i do?

- What should I do with my iphone after it went through a 15 minute washing cycle? I don't know if this matters but my phone was cracked before it went through the wash and now it has a tiny chip in it. There was also detergent and fabric sofenter.
- My iphone won't charge? (it goes in a cycle)? My iphone ran out of battery so i plugged it into the charger. The battery symbol came up on the screen with the little lightning bolt so it look like it was charging. Then it started to turn on so the apple symbol came up. Then it took about 10 minutes and then went back to the battery with the lightning symbol again. This keeps continually going in a cycle and will not turn on. I've tried plugging it into different chargers and the computer but nothing happens.
- My Iphone keeps rebooting in a cycle? It is a 3GS. I try to turn it on and the aple logo pops up. Then it turns black and shuts off again. Sometimes it goes to the main screen for a few seconds then cycles over again. I've tried everything. I even did a new software update, restored the phone and I can't think of anything else
