My iphone is not recognized in itunes?
I plugged in the USB of the iphone and its connected but its not turning on or anything.
The lock button is broken so i can't turn it on by pressing it.
i tried restoring it the first time but it said i didn't have enough disk space, so i cleared it and it still didn't work
Then i updated the itunes and its not even recognized at all. I can't click restore because its not shaded in black its grey so its un-clickable.
Is your phone jailbroken? If so its bricked. If not try plugging it into a different computer and see if it will turn on.

- USB not recognized when iPhone is plugged in? I just updated iTunes to 11.1.4 and now it doesn't recognize my iPhone4s when plugged in - I get USB not recognized. I had the problem also with iPad but it was recognized just not in iTunes. I re-installed the driver and now the iPad is fine. Since my computer doesn't even see recognize the iPhone I can't re-install the driver. I'm sure its possible but don't know how. Have searched all over and nothing is working - any suggestions?

When I plug my wireless mouse into the USB port it works perfectly fine. So I'm not sure what the problem is. I have tried to re install iTunes and it does nothing. Hi, my iPhone and iPod are not being recognized by iTunes every time I plug it in, I get an error message saying "An iPod has been detected but won't connect. Please reinstall iTunes and try again." So I reinstalled iTunes but the same message came up. I even used the original cord instead of a third-party one but it still wouldn't connect. Any help on what to do?
