My iPhone keeps saying I have no more storage?
I have a 16 GB iPhone 4S, and my phone keeps telling me I have no more storage left when all I have is ONE app, 130 pictures, and 524 songs. What is taking up all this storage on my phone?
The system takes up a lot of space to start with. A lot of your space is probably taken up by songs and text messages. If you have any videos, that takes up a lot of space too.
Well mostly, it's not always the app. It can also be the pictures and songs like that first user said.
Because my teacher got a notice from her phone company about her son's cell phone saying that the storage was used up and she checked what was exactly used it and what was taking space and it was only his pictures. She told us that he was a "picture freak".So yeah, it doesn't always have to be apps to take up space on your phone or iPod(if you have that guessing not since you already have the iPhone 4s).
- Why is my iPhone saying I have so much storage used? I'm trying to download iOS7 and it takes 2.9 GB of space. My phone says I'm using 5.7 GB of the space but I have no music, no photos, no videos, and my apps only take up 288 MB. I also deleted all of my messages and and recent calls. Any ideas?

I can't even record videos on my snaphcat because it says theirs not enough storage. I don't have very many apps, maybe around 30. I have the iPhone5 and when I open up my camera it says "Can't take photo there's not enough available storage" and it gives me the option to go to storage and when I do it says I have 3.2 mb available in storage and on my iCloud it says i have 9.4 GB free and 15GB total available. Why won't it let me take more photos? I bought the $20 iCloud storage thing a while back. And I don't even have that many photos, I only have like 400
- What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.
