My iphone was stolen and despite knowing the person, hasn't been caught?
I really can't understand this. I knew the girl through a friend who used to be friends with her. She doesn't remember me though. Despite telling the cops her name on facebook and doing All the detective work myself aswell as pressing charges for the assault, nothings been done. Literally, her profile pic is my stolen iphone 5. Is there ANYTHING I can do? I'm desperate. Can't do much though, I'm 14 and a female, and she's 16 and had 2 people back her up. Sigh.
Added (1). Nope. Had just gotten the phone two days before. Didn't expect to get mugged so fast, especially with so many witnesses. It's been charged in my laptop though, but I did not have Itunes at the time.
Added (2). Stealing it back wouldn't really be an option. I have no clue where to look for her. She is pretty skilled though, she somehow managed to use my phones service even after it was put to a stop. The phone is still turned off as messages sent a few minutes after the robbery didn't go through. It's an iphone 5, so I wouldn't be able to get a phone as good for a LONG time. As for contacting my service provider. Mine is Telus and they hadn't done anything besides prevent it from getting any service.
Do you have an iTunes account or receipt? Also, every phone has a serial number. If you synced your phone to itunes, that device should be remembered on there. Although its not likely shed give you your phone back. However, if you contact iTunes they should be able to get the serial number and maybe help you with your issue by providing evidence.
IMHO you should phone 101 and ask the police for advice, also next time you get a phone install lookout or prey and you will have your thief as these track your phone thanks ian.
In my opinion the police should have done something about the phone. But the cops don't do anything right. You can try and steal it back, you could steal some things of importance to her, You could blackmail her. You could be her up. Or you could Scrape up 20$ and pay someone to Cyber attack her. But the best option is to eaither steal it back or steal something of hers which has equal or more value.
then use it either to get your stuff back or sell it to buy yourself a new one.
- Why hasn't my iPhone 5 been marked as Shipped? I pre-ordered with At&t the first day & it said it would arrive the 21st. I have received one email saying my items are being proceed to be shipped, this was 3 days ago. I keep checking the site to see if they updated with a tracking number.what's going on? I haven't received an email saying it's been delayed or anything. I'm very anxious.
- Wi-Fi on my iPhone hasn't been working? I have the iPhone 4S and my Wi-Fi hasn't been working since last night. My phone says it connects to the Wi-Fi and as two or three bars. However, nothing will load. Safari, Pandora, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I don't think the problem has to do with the router since my laptop connects perfectly. Does anyone have a solution to help fix this?
- My iPhone won't unlock despite correct password? I have an iPhone 4 and the password has been the same (4 numbers) for the past 8 months. I was able to unlock it fine around half an hour ago, but now it won't work. I'm sure that I typed in the same exact 4 numbers, yet it keeps saying it's wrong and locking me out. What do I do? It won't let me sync to iTunes because my phone is locked. Again, I'm 100% sure I have the right password.
- Is their a way of knowing if I've been blocked on Kik? I know that if you're blocked and send a message it will always have the 'D' by it. Never S or R though. Is there a way of knowing I've been blocked, or is the person just not responding?
