My Otterbox didn't protect my iPhone, what do I do?
I have an iPhone 5S and I have an Otterbox cell phone case on it. I dropped it on my kitchen floor and the screen cracked and now half of my touch screen doesn't work, and I've already had to replace the screen once with an old Otterbox case. Is there a way I can contact Otterbox company and tell them what happened, and if I do, what would they say in response?

Otterbox does not have a guarantee that their products will protect your phone. They only offer a limited warranty again materials or manufacturing defects in the case itself, not your phone.
If you contact Otterbox they will tell you how sorry they are that you dropped and broke your phone.
The Otterbox isn't guaranteed to protect your phone, it just makes it less likely that it will break. Be more careful with your phone and it won't break so often.
why the hell should we keep buy otterbox products if they dont protect your phones, isn't that the whole purpose of buying otterbox? Just there way of saying FU
