My phone can't connect to the Wi-Fi?
Everyone else in my family has Wi-Fi on their devices, but somehow, only mine is unable to connect. I've tried everything from hard reset, disabling and enabling SSID, turning the router and device on and off and I even tried unplugging it from the plug. Does anyone know how to fix these? Could it just be because my devices are old? I own an iphone 4s and a 7" kindlefire HD tablet.
Could be a bunch of reasons. Someone blocked you from using the router, it's setup as a 5Ghz only router and your phone doesn't support it. Problems with the area of the house you use the devices. And on and on.
- Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.
- When I connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot, I can't connect to Gmail or Twitter? My iPhone connects to other people's networks fine, but when I'm using public hotspots gmail and twitter say no Internet connection. Why? Is there a way round it?
- In my school there's a NO PASSWORD Wi-Fi but you can't connect. Some can, because he change something in settings in phone in Wi-Fi settings? Please tell me how! I need it very much, if somebody help me, i give him steam key. I need to know ho to do that on iPhone. He just add some port or something like that.
- One laptop can connect to our home Wi-Fi network but no other devices can connect? We recently set up a wireless internet connection in our house. One laptop can connect to it (the one I'm currently on) but no other devices can connect to it. It says our "Network Security Key" is mismatched. I have tried typing in all the different codes on both the router and modem on both our second laptop and an iPhone 5. How can I fix this?
