My photos from my old iPhone won't upload to my new one help? - 1
Added (1). Okay so I recently lost my phone at the beach and received a replacement of the same phone (iPhone 5s) I know for a fact that I backed up my photos on my iCloud but when I started up my phone everything but my photos uploaded on to the new phone.
I can't really find anything that helps me on Apple support I did have the photos backed up but they won't appear on my new phone. I'm on iOS 8.3 if that helps.
You could try to log into your iCloud from a computer and save them, then transfer them to your phone via iPhoto
You can use iTunes to backup your old iPhone's data - including photos - and then sync it with the new device to get them all back on your new iPhone.
- Why does my laptop say there's nothing new to import when I try to upload my photos and videos? I have a Toshiba laptop with a Windows 10 software. Whenever I plug in my iphone to transfer my photos and videos to my laptop, it says that there are no new items found to import. In reality, there are about 2,000 photos and videos on my iPhone that aren't on my laptop. It's only some photos that this happens with though. Like all of the photos in 2013. Any photos more recent are able to be uploaded but not most of the photos from that time period. How can I fix this?
