Nokia lumia 1020 or HTC One or iPhone 5S?

I have to get a new phone in October because my S4 isn't working and please don't ask me to fix it. It was my worst experience with a phone. Which among the three will you choose?

Added (1). I'm selling the S4 and saving up some extra money for the phone I'm going to get. I have to buy my phone some time in October

I love the camera on the Lumia and I love the design and how the messaging is on the iPhone 5s is. There are some parts on each cell that i love. Do you see my problem? Which cell should i buy? I realize it does not have nearly as many apps as ios and android, but will I be able to get used to it? I currently have an android tablet and an ipod touch I just thought I should finally get a smartphone. ( my wife convinced me). I really like taking pictures and thought this might be good for me considering the 1 megapixel camera on my ipod. Should I go for this or the iphone, considering I have all the apps with apple and android.
