I tried to buy something off of ebay, and i have a problem?
I tried to buy an iPhone 4S case for my phone and you know when the payment options come up?
i put in my card info to complete the payment. But when i tried to click that "pay" button it said it was authorizing my payment, but it just went back to that payment page and at the top it said "payment was not processed, issue with card holder" or something like that. And when i went to check my account online it said that the money was taken out of my account 3 times, and when i tried to look at where my purchase history was, it didn't say the phone case was being shipped at all. My bank account was put on hold because of that and all my money was taken out of my account when it shouldn't have been. What can i do to get my money back from the seller? Report the seller or what?
Contact eBay. They are normally really helpful and thy have a LOT of things set up to protect the buyer. The seller a lot of times are the ones getting scammed. Contact eBay and they will probably lock to the sellers account until you get your money.

- Regarding sending something back with a warranty and returning something broken to a seller on amazon? I ordered a charger for my iPhone and it comes with a 18 month worry free warranty and my charger broke. So I was wondering can I return it to the seller in a envelope in my mailbox and same thing for the other thing that is broken. like or do I have to go to ups and ship it like that

- I tried jailbreaking my iphone 4 with ios 7.1.2 and something went wrong? It didn't finish, came up with an error, and closed down. I lost several of the stock apps including the text messaging and phone apps. I reset all content and settings, but it didn't bring them back. What can i do to fix this?
