Why has my phone been freezing?

For about the third time this week my phone froze for 1-2 minutes. It's an iPhone
The screen stays on one page and Won't move or turn off, or change to the home screen when I press the circle button. Then a minute later it turned white with the black Apple sign in the middle and turned back on
Another time it went black while I was playing a video, and the sound was still playing

Looks like an overuse of Ram. Unistall all the less used and extra apps.

  • Why is my phone freezing and restarting if I only got it 3 weeks ago? I got an IPhone XR for my birthday 3 weeks ago, and about 2 weeks ago it started acting up. It would freeze and restart the whole phone and black out at random times. It's been happening a lot more recently, about 2 times a week my phone will act up. I don't know if the phone is just defective or what.

The day after I get this update, my iPhone se starts to crash and freeze. My friends told me hers does the same thing (she has a iPhone 5 if that helps). So do you think the update or just our phones?
  • My iPhone X has been hacked is my phone useless now? My ex stole my Apple ID password and security questions and has changed them. On top of that, she has locked my apps such as my calendar and notes. I can't access nothing without putting the Apple ID PW in. Is my phone no good now? Do I have to buy another?
