Pictures on iphone not getting received by others?
I have an iPhone and I can send pictures to my mom sometimes, who also has an iPhone. They don't always go through to her, but most of the time they do.
I'm also trying to send pictures to someone in Vegas (I'm in Toronto, Canada), and he's not receiving them. I sent three of them, one right after the other, but he didn't get any. I sent them over text message, and it looks like they sent normally on my end, but for some reason he's not getting them.
What setting should I change my phone to or what should my friend change his to?

(Also, he has an iphone, but when I try to send the pictures or message him, it's coming up as text messages, not imessages.)
Added (1). And he's just visiting vegas, he live in toronto like me.
Maybe this has to do with it not working?
Well iPhone have some security issue that's why you have problem in sending pics better you can send your pics from some messenger apps like whatsapp, Viber etc.
- Why is my iphone not being as transparernt as others? Like when you open a window and you can kinda see the back layer, mine is less. My control center is white while I see peoples whose is there background color. Is there a setting for transparency? I want my phone to be have more transparernt layers!
- Viewing text messages not received Is their any way i can view text messages that i did not receive. I had a iphone and when i made the switch to android i was not able to receive text messages from iphone. I now fixed the problem. But is their a way to view the text messages i did not receive.
- Two songs will not transfer from my computer onto itunes like all the others did? Okay, so I checked google and it was no help. I recently upgraded from my optimus smartphone, to an Iphone 4. Now I was able to get all my music onto my computer from the old SD card, and then I was able to transfer the songs onto itunes, then onto my phone. Then i found out that two songs, two i love the most mind you, will not transfer, I drag them over like i did with the others but they won't appear in itunes, why?
- Text messages not received after being abroad (iPhone)? I was in Australia for three months and brought my Verizon iPhone 4 with me, although it did not work at all for calls/texts I used it as an ipod and camera. I was excited when I landed in the US to turn off airplane mode and receive a barrage of texts/voicemails but absolutely none came through. I know some where sent because people facebooked me asking why I wasn't replying. Any way I can find these text messages or are they lost for ever?
