Problems with unlocking my iphone from carphone warehouse?
Hi, so i purchased my iphone from carphone warehouse about 2 years ago when the iphone 5 came out.
I went onto T-mobile and i have had a number of different T-mobile numbers. Some Pay as you go some pay monthly.
So i rung T-mobile and asked them to unlock my phone but they say it isn't registered to my name.
But i never registered the phone.
and they would not unlock it. So is there anything i can do?
i have the receipt of purchase and everything.
T-mobile even told me to contact carphone warhouse and said its them but it isn't.
Take it into a T mobile or carphone warehouse store and speak face to face to find out what to do next.
- Unlocking sim for iPhone 3gs? Ok, so I've been having a lot of trouble with trying to unlock my iPhone. I jail-broke my phone a month ago and I have cydia and all that stuff, and I don't think that's what you use to unlock the simcard. Maybe it has something to do with the firmware? It's 05.16.05. If I have to update the firmware, or download something on my phone please tell me. I just want to use the phone.
