Samsung Galaxy Note II -vs- iPhone 5?
I had Android phones before Sprint got the iPhone. I liked them, however hated the TERRIBLE battery life, and plain styling back then. (Had the Epic, Evo, EVO 3D, etc.) I also hated how they always froze, and had problems.
I got the 4S the day it came out for Sprint, and up until the day the 5 came out (Got that too, obv.), I didn't have a single problem, never froze, reset, etc. Same with my 5, but unfortunately there's still no jailbreak for it. Everyone knows, the stock iPhone UI is kind of plain, which is why I jailbreak it.
I was browsing the Sprint site, and saw the new Galaxy Note 2, and love it. The specs seem pretty competitive, if not better than the iPhone 5.
Can anyone give me some real reviews on it who's played with both? Please don't bother if your an Android fanboy or Apple fanboy. I don't want "samsung is way better f*ck iphone" you know? Thanks!
(Eligable for my upgrade, so i'm considering getting one)
I have used both, the Galaxy Note ii actually has better battery life, also faster processor, more expandable
it also has NFC support, and a significantly larger display.
This is a very very good question and I see where you are struggling deciding. I own a review site and so I have played with both. Both phones, (in the Note's case - mini tablet) have their ups and downs. If you are looking for something that is user friendly and small and very easy to use; definitely go with the iPhone. On the other hand, if you want something with a huge screen and something to show off with and use for nearly anything - on the go, definitely go with the Note. (the Note's battery life is really good, considering how big it is.)
Personally, I can never come to buy an iPhone just simply because they are so simple to use. People say that the iPhone is for stupid people, I wouldnt go as far as saying that but it is for sure just too easy to use and it doesn't make you think at all. But in the end its up to you, I gave you my personal opinion and the pros on each phone… I guess its time to decide.
I have done a lot of research on the iPhone when i was comparing it to the S3.in the end i decided to get the S3 because of the bigger screen, better battery life and the performance is better.
The Note II is better then the S3, thus, iPhone < S3 < Note II.
I'd prefer the Galaxy Note 2 for a bigger screen and the amazing S Pen. It has a powerful hardware and much better battery life too. If you' d like some flexibility (free apps, expandable space, etc.) then buy the Galaxy Note 2. However if you'd like something easier to operate, the iPhone 5 is easier and more user friendly.
Galaxy note 2 best note 2 is quad core and 2gb ram and innovations of samsung in it
apple iphone 5 is the same *** as 4, 4s, 5, no new user interface also it is dual core small screen
apple thugs its coustemers just by its brand… Samsung gives u new fetures with its update
if you take galaxy note you will get what you have in note 2 by its software update
- What is a good phone, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S2, or Samsung Galaxy S3? I need a new phone and I'm wondering which I should get. My friend is selling his GS2 for around 50 Bucks and I could possibly get an iPhone 5 or Galaxy S3. Can you tell me the prices with and without the plan. And for people that have these phones could you tell me how good it is and which carrier(Sprint, Verizon, At&T)?
- Should i get the Apple iPhone 5 or the Samsung Galaxy Note 2? I'm buying a new phone and i was just wondering which one is better. Some people say the iphone and some people say the galaxy.
- Should I buy the new iPhone 5, or wait until November for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2? I'm really tempted to get the iphone 5 right now, because I really want to switch out of my blackberry. I've never used an android phone, and I'm sick of the apple ios. The ios is too simple and plain. I was going to get the galaxy note but then I heard rumors of the Samsung Galaxy note 2. Should I risk getting the iPhone 5 and not regret it or wait 1 and a half months for the Galaxy Note 2?
- Should I buy Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or iPhone 5? I can't decide. I was thinking of buying iPhone 5 but I was quite disappointed with it as the screen is longer instead of wider. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a wide screen and I can do different tasks with it. Despite that, I've always use iPhone and I don't really hope changing another brand.
