Should I buy an iPhone on ebay?
I found two links, one for a 4S and one for a 5.Is it worth the risk?

It's always a risk:
1) Could be stolen
2) If the device is 2 years or older, battery could be dead
3) Might have hardware issues due to a drop. Like for example my left speaker does not work.
4) Hardware might not be unlocked. Sometimes they do a software unlock via Jailbreak
5) You may have small annoying scratches on your display
Buying on Ebay is always a risk. Buy from a reputable seller and read comments before.

Nevertheless both the Sellers have 100% seller ratings, so it is pretty safe to but from them. Be sure to read the complete conditions of the phone before you buy.
