Taking my iphone 5 to apply the touch has stopped working what will they do?
I have an appointment with apple on Sunday the touch on my iphone5 has stopped working i'm just wondering what they will do?
The phone is under warrenty i have only had it on my contract for like 4 months.
It has 12 months warrenty.
The thing i'm bothered about is the phones got a crack on the screen in the top left corner, the touch recently stopped working, but the cracks been there from like since the 1st two weeks i got the phone like 3 months ago.
they won't try linking the cracked screen and saying this caused the touch to stop working will they?
They will replace it. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. Unless they determine it is your fault, but you can just argue with them and they will usually replace it. It also might be your chance to get a iPhone 5s, you might be able to trade it.

- Why has my IPhone 4S speaker stopped working I've noticed my phone has gone quieter, and I have realised that my left speaker has stopped working! I've only had it for three months! This happened on my old iPhone after having it a year however I was dew an upgrade so didn't think anything of it.
