Unlocked AT&T Iphone 4s with striaght talk?

I bought an unlocked at&t iphone 4s. On straight talks website when you go to buy a sim card it gives you these options:

Phone is a CDMA (i.e. Verizon, Sprint, Metro PCS), TracFone, SafeLink, NET10, Straight Talk, Telcel America or BlackBerry
Unlocked GSM Phone (Phone must operate in 850 and 1900 MHz bands)
AT&T Compatible Phone
T-Mobile Compatible Phone

Which one do I choose to get the right sim card to fit the iphone 4s

Both the "Unlocked GSM Phone" and the "AT&T Compatible Phone" are equally working with your iPhone 4S. However, make sure they send you a Micro SIM Card as other SIM Cards don't fit in the 4S.

You can unlock any generation AT&T iphone here: http://gsmunlocklabs.com/unlock-iphone/

Does it need to be unlocked or not to use the phone with straight talk?
