Updated my iPhone and it's now stuck on connect to iTunes, error 1671?
So i tried to install the new update on my phone, when it was right at the end it came up with the connect to iTunes screen, I plugged it into iTunes and it said there's a problem so I needed to update or restore it through iTunes, when i click update it comes up with unknown error (1671), I really don't want to lose any pictures but I even tried to restore it and it came up with the same error. I need my phone for uni and I pay a lot of money for it, there's no apple store in my town any advice would be grateful
Your school must have it's own Tech Support Department full of iPhone Experts.
Just let them troubleshoot your iPhone, and they should be able to fix it within minutes.
- Updated iTunes and now does not recognize my iPhone? A day or two ago I was prompted to update iTunes which I did. Now when I plug my iPhone into my computer, iTunes does not recognize it. How do I fix? Computer does recognize my iPhone. (Trying to copy a photo from my computer onto my iPhone and instructions I googled said to use iTunes)
- Trying to restore jailbroken iPhone 4, getting Itunes error 3194 and error 11 I want to wipe my jailbroken iphone 4, on ios 5, so i can update to ios 7. I used tiny umbrella and managed to get past the 3194 error, but then I'm getting error 11. I have tried to erase and reset through the phone only, but it simply shows an endless loading ticker, and not the apple logo and loading bar. How can I reset my phone? - My itunes says it hasn't updated een though I updated it? I went to update my iphone and it said I had to update my itunes first and restart my computer (i have a macbook.) So I did all that and went to try and update my phone again and it still said I had to update my itunes first so I did it again and it is still not allowing me to update my iphone. It still says I need the latest version of itunes. What am I do wrong!
- My cousin updated his iphone and now its saying to plug it up to itunes? I plugged it up to the computer and it didn't do anything and on the screen it still says to plug it up onto iTunes like it would when you first get a iphone, any thing I can do?
