What are dead pixels on an iPhone and what do they look like?
I received a phone today and on the top of the screen there was three bright dots and even when I changed the brightness they shown. I'm wondering if its a dead pixel and if this will affect the phone…

- Random green pixels keep appearing on my iPhone 4s? They are not dead or stuck or anything, because they are changing depending on what app is running. You can see them on certain shades (i can't really tell on what shades though) but it's super weird. Can anyone tell me what's happenning? Also, i had my phone screen changed last Week…
- My iphone 5 has lots of dead pixels, what to do? I have always looked after my iphone 5 So am sure no damage has come to it, however these pesky dead pixels keep appearing and won't go away, now there must be hundreds of them, they are barely noticeable and tiny but annoying when on a white or black screen. Heres the thing, I have not got a receipt or any proof of when I purchased it and I don't really take any insurance etc. What can i expect if I take it to apple shop? Is there any way I can fix it? Any help appreciated.
- Messed up pixels on iPhone 4S? This happens on my phone whenever there are images/videos on it. Even just on home and lock screens. It moves with the images, isn't stuck in place. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
- IPhone screen line of coloured pixels? It is a verticals line of coloured pixels yellow/red/blue the line turns green, green goes blue and white stay normal. This all happened after I bough a new screen off eBay and changed it yes I did it correctly help any ideas!
