What AV receiver should I get? Please provide specific models?
I'm looking to add a home theater system. I have a 55in LG smart TV, LG blu-ray player, and outdoor speakers. We want a reasonably priced receiver that has the following capabilities:
multi-zone (outside speakers)
iPod/iPhone connectivity
Pandora/Sirius Internet radio
Control music with app on our iPhone (i.e. While sitting outside we don't have to go inside to play something different)
Surround sound for Movies
We're open to speakers in a set or separately… But what do we need to check for compatibility?
We can connect the receiver directly to our network, but would like wi-fi and bluetooth, too.
There are so many choices and models. I know to weed out ones because of network connectivity and multi-zone, but beyond that I don't know how to choose. I want something reliable, easy to use, and not too expensive (middle of the road). I want decent sound but it doesn't have to be high-end concert sounding.
We don't use video gaming consoles, or anything beyond the basics.
Pioneer or Denon would be a good way to go both offer features your looking for and have good quality amps and reputations take a look at the Denon AVR 1013; Denon AVR 2113ci and the Pioneer 1222K or the

- Will warranty for my iphone work if I can't provide receipt? My one year warrantee still works for my iPhone 4S and I was wondering if they would need to see a receipt or something? Is it easy as just calling them, explaining that my phone is defective because my Wi-Fi does not work and the option to use Wi-Fi is greyed out and they check the serial number or something and see that I'm good and I send my phone in and bam they fix it?
- Will Apple provide me an iPhone 4S product replacement? I had purchased an iphone 4s about 2 years ago and have encountered issues with battery life, scratches little chips on the side and volume coming out in only one of the speakers. Will Apple provide me with a product replacement for my iPhone if i take it to them?
- Where do you get iPhone copy/clone/china models in India? I'm From Chennai. I'm A student. I don't have enough money to buy a iphone now. But I badly need one. Where do get these. I know some people who got it directly from Hong Kong. Where is it in India?
- Locked iPhone and need sim card to use because I restarted it but i don't have the specific sim I need. Please i'm desperate? Ok so my aunt got me an iPhone from Canada but its sim locked and it says I need to insert a sim card for it to work. The problem is i don't have a sim from that specific company that locked it and the only thing I can do is emergency calls and all that. I can't even use it as an iTouch or something.
