What do i do if i can't remember my reatrictions passcode?
Omg please help me I have an iPhone 6- so IIm trying to reset my phone so I pressed the button on my settings saying "erase all content and settings" and I entered my phone passcode but then it told me to enter my "restrictions passcode" I remember making a restrictions passcode but I can't remember what it is? Is there any way I can have apple email it to me? And how?!
Apple doesn't know your passcode, and if they did have it, how would you prove that it really is yours?
The only thing you can do is to put your iPhone in DFU Mode and restore it in iTunes. As you should know, this will erase everything off of the phone.
As long as you can do a backup with itunes, you can extract the restrictions code from the backup file.
You also need the itunes account info for the phone - you can't complete the reset sequence without that.
(That's the basic anti-theft stuff rather than the "parental control" style restrictions, so no way around that).

- I can't remember the passcode to my iphone So I was changing the passcode on my iphone and it got typed in wrong, and its never been synced to the computer. I know that you can turn it off and turn it on again while holding the home button and it will come up as a USB cable and an iTunes icon. That happened but the little red thing to restore it never did.am I locked out for good? I need to get into it! D: what do I do! I wanna cry!
