What does it mean if part of an Iphone touch screen is unresponsive?
Only the right side of my Iphone isn't responding. I can only get passed the lockcode which is a struggle. (7-6-7-3)
6 and 3 are really hard to press. There's no pixelated or white lines running down it, it looks perfectly normal. So can someone tell me what it is?
It means that underneath the screen, the cables/wires that connect the touch screen aren't working properly and it's not sending the signal.

I was tried to contact iPhone authorized center people. they told to me apple company doesn't supply spare of iPhone warranty over phone and they were suggested try to 3rd party spares. I spent around Rs.1500 for touch screen but not working properly. what i do now. Why apple company didnot supply spare parts. Actually that phone bought used mobile store at Singapore. I tried to reboot it already and took off screen protectors.might it have water in it because a few drops of water seeped through the waterproof case when i dropped it into the deep end of the pool.
