What if I didn't purchase Apple Care when I bought my iPhone 4s?
It's almost a year since I've had my iPhone 4s and I just dropped it on tile floor today and it fell on the screen. No cracks. No breaks. Nothing my lock/power button had already been broken so I tried pressing the home button and my screen doesn't turn on nothing works. So if i take it to the Apple Store could I have them give me a replacement? If not at least fix it? What should i do?
Apple won't do anything. Their customer service is a joke along with their replacement plan. You have to pay for the plan then another 99 dollars for a replacement… Sell it on ebay and buy a galaxy3-4 or a htc one… Get the most bang out of your buck
If you are within a year you will still have hardware warranty. The button is covered and they can help you for free if there's no accidental damage done to the device. Don't tell them you dropped it.
- Using an iPhone bought app on a new iPad 2, or do I have to purchase them again? So I'm selling my iPhone and getting an iPad and I have previously bought GarageBand and Xewton Music Studio (which was rather expensive for an app) for my iPhone. Now if I buy an iPad 2 will I be able to run these apps on the iPad 2 or will I have to re buy them again?
- Shoud I have purchase Apple Care for my 64G IPhone 5S? I'm with AT&T and I upgraded to a 64G IPhone 5S. I bought Apple Care but I don't know if it was worth the money. My phone already has an 1/8 of an inch scratch on the screen. Will Apple repair it? Can I use my apple care for a replacement phone?
- If I use my Apple Care to get a new iPhone can I repurchase Apple Care again? I figure that because they will usually replace your troubled phone with a refurbished one you should be able to, but if anyone could weigh in on their knowledge or experiences I would appreciate it.
- I have a big problem, i cracked my iphone screen and my home button and didn't fix it until a year later, i didn't fix my iphone for a year,? By this time, i have forgotten my password to unlock my phone, which led to my iphone disabled and linkin it to itunes. Finally remembere my password on itunes connected the usb. And itunes said, do you want to allow access info on iphone? Click continue. Then says please respond to iphone.Tho nothin cause its locked. I don't know what to do, because the photos on my iphone are precious to me and if i could get it factory reset id lose them all. Even tried icloud. With no sucess.
