What is the fastest way to transfer all the photos/videos from iPhone to PC?
I really need to move all my pictures and videos on to my laptop but every time I try to do this iTunes freezes and ends up failing. I have 5,500 pics/vids. I have tried two other apps/programs - "Sync Photos" and "Photo Wi-Fi" are the app names. Those also didn't work.
One of my friends said it would be easiest to just get an external hard drive.
Hoping to get some useful insight on this as I need to sell my iPhone soon and would like to keep all my memories!
Don't use itunes, just connect to PC, open windows explorer, highlight all pictures/vids and cut-paste to the computer all at once. I do it all the time.
