What is this part of the iPhone 4 called?
While doing a home button repair on an iPhone 4 GSM, I lifted the home button off and noticed a circular silver tiny tab (possibly metal) where the home button clicks into when it's attached, what is it called? I'm trying to order that specific part.

I bought it because i thought i could find the silicone part online but its too hard to find it because all that comes up is people selling the whole case with what i already have included.
