What makes rich kids better than everyone else?

At my school there are tons of rich, good looking, and popular kids. And they're not exactly the nicest or most modest about it. They have the nicest cars which their PARENTS bought them, nice clothes, and they're always so skinny/in good shape.

I'm jealous of them. I mean, who wouldn't be? Their lives just seem ideal, I guess. I literally heard some girl telling her friend today that she broke her iPhone 5C so her dad would get her the iPhone 6. Like what the hell?! The girls always walk around like they own the place.

But what makes them think they're so much better? Why am I even jealous? I've never been jealous until I got to this school. It's ridiculous:/

You never know what goes on behind closed doors. Some of these people actually live the most miserable lives and have broken homes. Everyone has a different story. There's no need to be spiteful of other people, just live your own life. Money doesn't guarantee happiness, it's all within you and how you choose to be.

Hmm what makes rich kids better oh wait NOTHING. It's quite a stretch to say anyone is better than anyone else. Like they ^said you don't know what's going on in their houses so while they seem to be runnin it down at school, they could be having problems, thus they aren't better.
Don't worry about them, ignore people who rub their prosperity in others faces. Just live your life and do your thing.

Nothing. For the most part I can't stand rich people because being dirt poor and watching people in my family literally starve to death while rich kids complain about getting a white iPhone instead of black for Christmas like they wanted has made me this way. Your jealous because it is the ideal lifestyle but I tell myself that going through the **** I have to go through give me more character and a better personality which is something money can't buy and if your religious or not Here something.
Matthew 19:24
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Its always been that way though, I graduated high school many years ago and there were kids then that had more money from their parents, thats always been true. That doesn't mean they turn out bad though as long as their parents raise them to understand the value of money, because one of my best friends still today was one of the richest kids back in high school, and even though he had everything back then he was still a great person then and is also today.

The bottom line is jealousy gets you nowhere, set goals, go to college, work hard and make smart decisions and it will pay off.
