What time on Sept 20 will iphone 5S go on sale online? Will it be 12am?
Lets say I order it at 12:10am Thursday night/Friday morning, how long does apple take to ship it?
Added (1). Can we pay extra for it to ship sooner? Or they don't have that option?
Online - probably midnight, but no official time is known. Shipping is 4 - 7 business days.
Stores - when ever they open on Friday.

And usually they put it on pre-order and then the phone ships on the day it is formally released, but since they don't have that I'm sure that it will be the same procedure from ordering accessories and other items on apple.com, which will probably be around a week! They will likely begin to be sold at 6/8:00am local time depending on where you are for both online & offline ordering.
This time the 5s does not have a pre-order available, like the 5c on the 13th. The shipping times of course will be told to you when the order is placed. Also the later you get in the later it will ship. As with most iPhone launches the shipping estimates quickly change from 1-3 days to 3-4 weeks. There's no pay extra option.
