What would you do if you find out Agoda is using your photos?

I just found out Agoda, the hotel booking website is using photos from my blog for a South Korean hotel. Unlike most bloggers I don't feel so offended because I uploaded so everybody can see it. Besides those photos are not very good I don't even know why they would put those up, just iphone quality pics. But they definitely did select those hotel room and view photos. Even a hanging painting on the corridor! Some say it's surely infringement of copyright. I'm just a little blogger though… What should I do? Just let them using my photos for their specific hotel and let it viewed by thousands international travelers?

Contact them and inform them that they do not have permission to use your photos.

It's copyright infringement. And if your images are being used commercially, such as to make money promoting a hotel, it's more serious.

You can submit them a notice to cut it out if you want. If they wanted to use your work, they should have contacted you first to request permission. Since they're using it to make money, they should be paying you something if you agree.

I personally would not just let somebody take my work and start using it like that no matter what. They could end up making thousands from it, and at the minimum, they should arrange a clear written agreement with you first. If the people benefiting are in some location like Korea, you could have fun with enforcement, however.
