When can I pre order the iPhone 5s in the USA I know the 5c started but not the 5s

There's no pre-order for the 5s. You could order one online starting at 12:01am PT on the 20th or brave the lines & try to get one at stores at 8:00am that same day.
- Pre-Order Iphone 5 with Bell? So I'm starting a 3 year contract with Bell, but I want to wait and get the Iphone 5, can I still pre-order the phone? Or how does that work? I wanna pay the 399 and start a contract, not the actual price of the phone. So do I order through bell? Or apple? Or can you not do that?
