You'll die either due to your organs failing from old age, or from some other unforeseeable event. Therefore it's impossible to really know how long it's going to take you to die.
I'm not sure what that has to do with your phone.
You mean standby time? Like you don't touch it, it just sits there? Last tests show almost a week. Best luck.

Apple doesn't publish that and no one will ever test that. It would probably take a few months for the battery to die when it's off.
- Why won't my iPhone turn on until it is fully charged? So I have a second generation iPhone with the iOS4.3 software. If my phone ever dies, I will plug it in, and it will give me the "dead and not charged enough to turn on" picture.
