This question will spark some fights for sure. I'm on the Android side of things because of all the amazing things Android devices can do that Apple just wouldn't allow. Some people do prefer the dumbed down barely customizable slice of hell that is iOS, and I hope beyond all hope that there's a cure for such a mental disorderdisorder.

Depends if you have anything from Apple like an iPod, iPad, Mac and any iTunes media you bought. If you have and iPod that is NOT the iPod touch go with Android. If you have anything on the list above go with the iPhone.
