Which iPhone's better? IPhone 5C or iPhone 5S?
I know the iPhone 5S is a more powerful device, but the colors of 5C are way better than 5S. They shout youngsters and I think would be perfect for an 18 year old. Which one would you get?

The 5s. Simple as that.
The 5S is better regarding hardware, but if color is important get the color you like.

iPhone 5S has a new A7 64 bit system chip that's twice as fast as the iPhone 5 A6 chip.
iPhone 5C is made of hard coated polycarbonate material and steel reinforced.
It contains the same A6 processor and 8 megapixel camera as the iPhone 5.

Keep this in mind! Apple plans to immediately discontinued the iPhone 5 the moment the 5c and 5s debut at the store. The reason for this move is base solely on profit and because they have to satisfy their investors. The iPhone 5c is an incremental upgrade to the iPhone 5 but lacks the luxury feel of the metal casing. As for the 5s, it will be the flagship phone for Apple and is more of an upgrade from the iPhone 5. The difference in price is about $100 and when we talk about the iPhone being in the $550-650 range (16gb model). $100 dollar doesn't seem much and an accessories ($20 bucks) will easily fix your concern about color options. If you have an iPhone 5, I would recommend you stay with your current phone and wait for the IOS 7 that Apple will be releasing shortly. If you currently own an iPhone 4s or any older model… The upgrade would make a lot of sense and getting the best one would be a big upgrade. Of course if none of these matters… Then I suggest you go with lime.
The 5S hardware is twice as fast and is 64bit (and it is the only 64bit smartphone on the market today).It also has the aluminum casing and fingerprint access which is what I like. I also like that you don't even press the home button (won't wear it out) as the fingerprint is automatically recognized when you just put it over it. I'm getting 5S.
