Why can't I send pics from my iPhone 5?

Added (1). I recently updated my phone to iOS 8.1 and ever since i just haven't been satisfied. I knew i shouldn't have updated but i was just curious and was tired of the pop ups, but anyways, whenever i try to send photos it'll take forever to send them like a good 5-10 min and then it just won't send at all. It's not via iMessage its when the speech bubbles are green. I have cellular on cause i know i need to have that on when sending pics. I just don't know what else to do. I really don't like this new upd

I usually don't send pictures like that. When the bubbles are green it's sending as an MMS or something like that. Doesn't work in my country. It's easier to use iMessage or other apps like Whatsapp or Telegram. Or if it's from iPhone to iPhone you can use AirDrop
