Why does my iPhone 4S not have sound?
My phone doesn't have any sound when I play videos or music. I've tried resetting it and nothing has happened. When I press the volume buttons it shows the volume symbol but without any bars. When I go to ringtones the volume works though.

This may seem really stupid and obvious but make sure the ringer switch on the left side it not flipped to off and that would cause sound not to work but in setting ringers would
